I’m Ola, a yoga teacher and practitioner based in Brooklyn. With over 8 years of personal exploration in Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Yin, and Iyengar Yoga, I integrate these styles to create welcoming classes suitable for students at all levels.

Classes

I hold over 450 hours of training through Yoga Alliance and I am also a certified Meditation Teacher, which allows me to bring a comprehensive understanding of mindfulness and holistic wellness into my teaching.

My classes are designed to help you find balance—physically, mentally, and spiritually. Whether you're grounding yourself through mindful movement or uplifting your spirit through breath and meditation, this practice is an invitation to grow and evolve from wherever you are today.
